Private Sessions vs Group Sessions
Private coaching and advisory recordings are intended only for the client and are not publicly shared without explicit permission.
However, recordings may be used internally for:

Your Responsibility

1. No Guarantees
CareerGPS provides strategic guidance, AI-assisted tools, and career infrastructure.
We do not guarantee:
- employment
- interviews
- compensation outcomes
- recruiter responses
- job offers
- timing of results
Career outcomes depend on many variables outside our control, including market conditions, competition, industry shifts, timing, geographic factors, candidate execution, and employer decision-making.
We help improve alignment, positioning, clarity, and execution — but no ethical career advisor can guarantee employment.
2. Signal Diagnostic Sessions
Signal Diagnostic sessions are paid strategic diagnostic sessions designed to evaluate:
- career positioning
- market alignment
- resume interpretation
- hiring signal reconstruction
- job description interpretation
- career narrative clarity
- market traction issues
Signal Diagnostic sessions are standalone services.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, purchase of a Signal Diagnostic does not include ongoing coaching, advisory support, or continued access to Floyd Spencer LLC services.
All Signal Diagnostic purchases are non-refundable.
3. Strategic Signal Engagement
The Strategic Signal Engagement is a structured advisory engagement designed to help clients:
- reposition how they are interpreted by the market
- strengthen career signal and narrative alignment
- calibrate job search execution
- improve interview positioning
- optimize professional materials and communication
- use the CareerGPS platform effectively during an active career transition
The engagement is a finite strategic advisory engagement and is not unlimited or indefinite coaching.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Strategic Signal Engagement includes:
- strategic advisory sessions
- platform access
- resume and positioning guidance
- interview calibration support
- application and opportunity tracking tools
- AI-assisted workflows and resources
The engagement duration, access terms, and included services will be outlined in the client’s specific agreement or purchase confirmation.
4. Platform Access
Clients may receive access to the CareerGPS dashboard platform and related tools.
Platform features may include:
- resume storage
- application tracking
- networking opportunity tracking
- interview tracking and calendar tools
- AI-assisted workflows
- strategic resources
- career operating system functionality
Platform access duration varies by purchase type and offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- strategic advisory access and platform access are separate concepts
- expiration of direct advisory engagement does not necessarily terminate platform access
- Floyd Spencer LLC reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, replace, or discontinue platform features at any time
We encourage all users to maintain copies of important materials.
While we strive to preserve user data and platform continuity, we do not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted platform availability.
5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Due to the immediate delivery of strategic insight, platform access, AI-assisted tools, and digital resources, we do not offer refunds for:

By purchasing services from Floyd Spencer LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If a payment plan is offered:
- you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments
- failure to complete payments may result in suspension or revocation of access

AI outputs are assistive tools — not authoritative conclusions.
You are solely responsible for:
- reviewing all generated materials

- ensuring all information submitted to employers is truthful and appropriate
Floyd Spencer LLC is not responsible for:
- inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- user misuse of AI-generated materials
- decisions made by employers or recruiters based on user-submitted materials
7. Intellectual Property
All CareerGPS systems, frameworks, methodologies, workflows, prompts, strategic models, written content, visual content, tools, processes, and training materials are the intellectual property of Floyd Spencer LLC unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- the Signal Framework
- Signal Diagnostic methodologies
- career positioning systems
- proprietary prompts and workflows
- dashboard systems
- educational content
- templates
- written materials
- recordings
- strategic frameworks
You may not:
- resell our materials
- reproduce our systems commercially
- share paid platform access with others
- distribute proprietary materials publicly
- create derivative commercial products from our content
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. User Conduct

However, by participating in private sessions, you acknowledge and agree that recordings may be used internally by Floyd Spencer LLC for:

- internal educational review

Group Calls & Group Sessions
Group coaching calls, workshops, or community-based sessions may be used in:
- promotional materials
- marketing content
- educational content
- social media posts
- advertisements
By participating in group sessions, you consent to the possibility that portions of those recordings may be used for these purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally disclose sensitive or confidential personal information publicly without permission.
10. User Submissions & Feedback
If you voluntarily provide:

You grant Floyd Spencer LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for:

Private client information will not intentionally be disclosed publicly without permission.
11. No Employment Relationship
Use of CareerGPS services does not create:
- an employment relationship
- a recruiting relationship
- a staffing relationship
- a fiduciary relationship
Floyd Spencer LLC does not act as a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floyd Spencer LLC shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- lost income
- lost opportunities
- business interruption
- emotional distress
- data loss
- platform outages
- hiring outcomes
- employer decisions
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We strive to maintain reliable platform access and service continuity.
However, we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free functionality
- permanent platform availability
- continuous access to third-party integrations
Platform functionality may evolve over time.
Features may be updated, replaced, improved, or removed at our discretion.
14. Confidentiality & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect client information.
However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining password confidentiality
- protecting your own account access
- securing copies of your own materials
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of CareerGPS services shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Continued use of CareerGPS services or platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
