The truth I've learned after more than a decade in this field is that success comes from fixing a handful of critical blind spots. It's knowing that:

My job isn't to be another corporate gatekeeper who tells you what you can't do. My job is to be your advocate and give you the playbook, the tools, and the direct, honest feedback you need to win.
I won't do the work for you. As a Doer, you're not afraid of the work anyway. But I will make sure the work you do is the right work.
